Holy grilled chicken, this stuff is the bomb diggity. Marinated with a variety of spices, garlic, lemon and rice vinegar, I promise you’ll be snacking on this Grilled Moroccan Chicken like its candy. It has totally become my favorite recipe of Spring Time!
Grilled Moroccan Chicken Recipe
Ingredients List
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1½ teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pepper
8 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon rice Vinegar
Moroccan Chicken Recipe Instructions
Combine garlic, olive oil, cumin, ginger, salt, turmeric, cinnamon and pepper in a large bowl with the lemon and rice vinegar. Add chicken pieces and coat evenly with the spice mixture. Cover and refrigerate chicken for 1 hour at least. Fire up the grill (or, if like me, have the hubby fire up the grill) and cook through.
Serve with couscous flavored with similar seasoning and steeped raisins. Or just eat like candy, because you’ll want to!
