Stuffed Almond Joy Stuffed Cookie Recipe
What’s not to love about chocolate, almonds and coconut? The flavor combination is a supreme indulgence! For this simple cookie recipe, we’re using one of my favorite candies, Almond Joy bars to stuff a pre-made chocolate chip cookie. How easy does that get?
To make using pre-made cookie dough, slightly flatten each cube. Insert a snack size Almond Joy bar in the middle (you might have to smush it a bit) and top with a second, flatten cookie cube. Pinch the sides together and roll into a ball so to secure the candy bar in place. Bake according to package instructions or until the cookies are golden.

When I toured The Hershey Company headquarters in Hershey, Pennsylvania, I learned so much about the legacy of this company. I also learned that Hershey takes great care in sourcing their almonds, too. From the farm to our cookies, it’s interesting to learn how the almonds in our favorite candy bar are hand-selected to become part of the Hershey legacy.
