Gift for Dog Lovin Little Girl: Palace Pets Magic Dance Pumpkin

My girl loves dogs; I cannot emphasize this enough! Dogs – in any and all forms – were the only thing she asked for from Santa this year. She’s also a typical 4 year old girl that loves Disney and princesses. So, imagine my surprise, when I saw this adorable Disney Palace Pets Magic Dance dog while shopping at Walmart recently! Not only is it a toy dog, but it combines my little girl’s love of Disney princesses, too!

As a Walmart Mom, I had the chance to review this magical toy to report my thoughts with all of you, but I have to be honest… my little one hasn’t seen it yet! While she was napping, I took Pumpkin out of her box and tested all of her fun features. Since I already know this is an item my girl will be ecstatic about (she asks for her every time we’re strolling the Walmart toy aisles), I’ve kept it a secret. Now, once she has met her new puppy, I can quickly show her all the tricks sweet Pumpkin can perform.

Disney’s Princess Palace Pets Magic Dance Pumpkin is one of this year’s hottest kids’ toys and made the Walmart’s Chosen by Kids Top 20 Toys list. This list has been awesome for me to use, serving as either inspiration or a go-to resource for holiday gift giving. With grandparents and family asking what my babies want, it’s easy to just send them that link. They seriously cannot go wrong! This Disney Palace Palace Pet is priced at $49.97 at Walmart, which is a big-ticket item in our house, but provides so many opportunities for memorable fun that I know my dog-lovin’ 4 year old girl is going to enjoy.

Pumpkin is an inactive toy with soft fur, princess tiara and a removable skirt that is controlled by a light-up wand remote controller. Her over-sized plush tail wags and evokes happiness for your little princess. She also speaks over a dozen phrases, makes sounds, follows movement commands and can dance! With so many per-programmed dance moves and phrases, my princess will have hours of fun getting to know Pumpkin. Also, the fact that this is Cinderella’s personal pups make the magic truly come alive for my little girl.

The toy is made for kids 4 years old and up, and I completely agree. The wand controller makes it fun for older girls too, but the magic of Disney is truly alive for the preschool age.
