It seems like forever ago that my babies were itty bitty babies! I always want to remember their tiny hands and feet, sweet coo’s and loving embrace. But what I’ll likely also remember is their colicky phase and upset bellies. My husband has an extremely sensitive stomach, and it seem like both of my babies inherited one too!
For this post, I’m happy to partner with Little Remedies to share mama’s go to techniques to calming baby’s upset belly.
Little Remedies Is My Go To Technique for Upset Bellies
Little Remedies® products are made to support the health and well-being of infants and children. They believe that “less is more” and make each product with the fewest and most natural ingredients possible without sacrificing the product’s effectiveness. That’s what I love most about the brand! I appreciate the effort to make every ingredient count, giving our babies everything they need without anything they don’t. Little Remedies® products also do not contain any artificial flavors, artificial colors or alcohol and are created with the very specific needs of children in mind.
Two products I leaned on often when my babies were little (and still for my two year old boy) are gas drops and gripe water. These are essential for a new mama! As always, consult your little one’s doctor to be sure, but these two products helped relived my daughter’s belly filled with excess gas again and again. Here’s more about the products…
Little Remedies® Gas Drops: Quickly relieves tummy pain from excess gas. Safe remedy to gently ease stomach discomfort or bloating. Relieves excess gas from food or swallowing of air. No artificial colors or flavors. No alcohol, saccharin or preservatives. Dosage can also be mixed with 1 oz. of cool water, infant formula or other suitable liquids. This was a great trick for my son, who didn’t take supplements easily.
Little Remedies® Gripe Water: Eases tummy pain for infants. Natural, effective relief for your baby’s upset stomach. Relieves discomfort due to hiccups and colic, too! My boy is constantly getting hiccups from his hard days of playing and, since they bother him so much, I keep a bottle of gripe water on hand for his relief. The formula is safe and gentle, with no alcohol or gluten. Be sure to burp your baby during and after feeding to reduce air buildup! That’s the best trick to avoiding gas and upset bellies.
As mamas, all we want is for our babies to feel happy and comfortable, ready to learn and observe the world around them. I’m so grateful for Little Remedies for their high quality products that help moms do just that.
